目的了解在天津市藏族中学开展结核病健康教育的效果。方法利用主题班会、展板、志愿者宣传等形式对师生开展结核病健康教育,采用自填试问卷调查。结果相比基线水平学生对结核病核心知识的知晓率由45.2%提高至59.6%(χ2=174.17,P<0.01),教师由43.4%提高至69.8%(χ2=74.35,P<0.01)。教师对学校结核病管理的知晓率由基线的61.5%提高至71.9%(χ2=2.48,P=0.12)。师生对肺结核的正确态度和就医意识,均比干预前有所提高。主题班会、志愿者和宣传展板均是师生最乐于接受的方式。结论校内综合健康教育方法可以有效提高师生对结核病的认知,但应持续开展。
Objective To understand the effect of tuberculosis health education in Tianjin Zang Middle School. Methods The health education for tuberculosis students and teachers was carried out in the form of theme classes, exhibition boards and volunteer publicity. Results Compared with baseline, students’ awareness of core knowledge of tuberculosis increased from 45.2% to 59.6% (χ2 = 174.17, P <0.01) and from 43.4% to 69.8% (χ2 = 74.35, P <0.01). Teachers’ awareness of school tuberculosis management increased from 61.5% at baseline to 71.9% (χ2 = 2.48, P = 0.12). Teachers and students on the correct attitude toward tuberculosis and medical awareness, than before the intervention has improved. Theme classes, volunteers and publicity boards are the most acceptable way teachers and students. Conclusion The method of integrated health education in school can effectively improve the cognition of TB to teachers and students, but should be carried out continuously.
