正确采集粪便标本及其对FOBT方法的改进 ,并且与其它检查方法相结合可提高大肠癌的早期诊断率。大肠癌相关基因产物及癌肿标记物的检测已显示出可喜前景 ,有望成为大肠癌早期诊断的重要标记物。端粒酶活性检测对大肠癌的早期诊断已引起众多学者的关注。用激光诱导荧光测试、内腔声像法等检查方法试图提高对大肠癌的早期诊断亦初露端倪。随着蛋白芯片的出现和研究的深入 ,将为大肠癌的早期诊断提供特殊、便捷的方法。
The correct collection of stool specimens and their improvement in FOBT methods, combined with other examination methods, can improve the early diagnosis rate of colorectal cancer. The detection of colorectal cancer related gene products and cancer markers has shown promising prospects and is expected to be an important marker for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. The detection of telomerase activity in the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer has attracted the attention of many scholars. The use of laser-induced fluorescence tests, intraluminal sonography, and other examination methods to try to improve the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer is also emerging. With the advent of protein chips and in-depth research, it will provide special and convenient methods for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
