乳头肌功能紊乱近十余年来才被认为是一组房室返流综合症而被重视。1963年由Barch 等首先提出,很快被其他学者如 Hol-loway(1965年)等所承认。各种类型的乳头肌功能紊乱,是导致二尖瓣关闭不全,产生病理性杂音常见原因之一。此综合症对心尖区杂音的病因诊断有其临床上的重要性。乳头肌功能紊乱系指左心室乳头肌而言,而二尖瓣本身并无损害,否则不应称为乳头肌功能紊乱。多种疾病可导致乳头肌功能紊乱,而最常见于缺血性心脏病。
Papillary muscle dysfunction was more than a decade ago was considered a group of atrioventricular reflux syndrome and attention. First proposed by Barch et al in 1963, and soon recognized by other scholars such as Hol-loway (1965). Various types of papillary muscle dysfunction, is caused by mitral regurgitation, pathological murmur one of the common causes. The syndrome is clinically important for the etiological diagnosis of apical murmurs. Papillary muscle dysfunction refers to the left ventricular papillary muscle, while the mitral valve itself does not damage, otherwise it should not be called papillary muscle dysfunction. A variety of diseases can lead to papillary muscle dysfunction, and the most common in ischemic heart disease.
