本文以人造沸石(E.Merck)为吸附剂的柱层析和72型分光光度比色法(430nm),用尿累积排泄量来评价国产的一些四环素原料、片剂和糖浆剂在人体内的吸收情况。研究结果表明:四环素原料以A厂的吸收最好,B厂的次之,C厂的较差。片剂以C厂的吸收最好,B厂的次之,A厂的较差。D厂的两种糖浆剂(含六偏磷酸钠和不含六偏磷酸钠)在人体内的吸收,在本实验条件下,所得结果经方差分析无显著差异。A、B、C三厂的原料、片剂及D厂糖浆剂的t_(1/2)在5~6小时,消除速度常数(K)为0.12~0.14,在尿中排泄的原形四环素的排泄率在40~46%之间。
