目的 为了获取甲状腺恶性肿块血流灌注的立体结构。方法 应用三维彩色能量图 (3D- CPA)检查甲状腺肿块 5 1例。结果 甲状腺癌 3D- CPA瘤体血流灌注呈紊乱的“树枝状”,“树枝”可见节段性增粗现象 ,较易确定瘤体的空间位置关系、血供来源、和正常腺体的关系。结论 3D- CPA有助于甲状腺恶性肿块的定性定位诊断
Objective To obtain the three-dimensional structure of perfusion of thyroid malignant tumor. Methods Thirty-one cases of thyroid mass were examined by three-dimensional color energy map (3D-CPA). Results The perfusion of 3D-CPA tumor in thyroid cancer was disorderly “dendritic”. Segmental thickening was observed in the “branch” of thyroid carcinoma. It was easy to determine the relationship between the spatial location of the tumor and the source of blood and the normal gland. Conclusions 3D-CPA is helpful for the qualitative diagnosis of thyroid malignant tumor
