目的了解营口市医院胃镜清洗消毒现状,为改进和提高消毒质量提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法对营口市8家医院的胃镜清洗状况进行评价。结果在调查的医院中,有4家医院没有设专门清洗消毒室,4家医院配备胃镜清洗消毒机4,家采用手工清洗消毒胃镜。清洗消毒的胃镜消毒效果合格率为57.81%。结论营口市医院胃镜清洗消毒工作中有许多环节不规范,硬件设施配置不全,消毒后合格率较低。 Objective To understand the current status of hospital gastroscopic cleaning and sterilization in Yingkou City and provide the basis for improving and improving the disinfection quality.
