雨果说过一句名言:开启人类智慧宝库的钥匙有三把,一把是数字,一把是文字,一把是音符。音乐教育在启迪智力、塑造性格、培养想象力和创造力等方面对中小学生都有很大帮助,因此,音乐教育是素质教育的重要组成部分。受物质条件、师资力量等一些因素的影响,长期以来,农村中小学音乐教育一直比较薄弱。如何提高农村中小学音乐教育水平应当引起教育管理部门、学校和音乐教师们的重视。下面,笔者就此问题谈谈自己的看法。
Hugo has said a famous saying: There are three keys to unlock the treasure chest of human intelligence, one is the number, one is the text, one is the note. Music education is of great help to primary and secondary school students in enlightenment of intelligence, shaping of personality, cultivation of imagination and creativity, therefore, music education is an important part of quality education. Influenced by some factors such as material conditions and teachers' qualifications, music education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas has been relatively weak for a long time. How to improve the level of music education in primary and secondary schools in rural areas should draw the attention of educational administration, schools and music teachers. Below, I talk about your own views on this issue.
