从10月19日全球性股票骤然暴跌以来,西方主要金融市场至今仍在起伏动荡。股市行情变幻莫测。此次剧烈震荡是资本主义世界各种可测的和难测的因素综合作用的结果。人们正透过股市动荡的表面现象探索其内蕴,分析起因,推测影响,研讨对策,并注视世界经济、金融的新动向。为此,本刊编辑部特邀请在京的部分经济界专家和学者举行座谈会,就这次股市风暴的前因后果,进行了较深入的讨论。他们从不同角度各抒己见,其中有不少独到的新颖的见解,给人以启迪。现将座谈会纪要整理发表如下。
Since the sudden plunge in global stocks on October 19, the major western financial markets are still fluctuating. Stock market unpredictable. This violent turmoil is the result of the combined effects of various measurable and unpredictable factors in the capitalist world. People are exploring their connotation through the turbulent phenomenon of the stock market, analyzing the causes, speculating the impact, discussing the countermeasures and looking at the new trends in the world economy and finance. To this end, the editorial department of our magazine invited some economic experts and scholars in Beijing to hold forums to conduct a more in-depth discussion on the causes and consequences of the stock market turmoil. They express their opinions from different angles, including many original and unique ideas that give enlightenment. The forum summary will be published below.
