The authors used gamma rays to irradiate sporulated or unsporged Toxoplasma gondii oocysts as an animal model to understand how to disinfect foods contaminated with coccidiosis such as Cryptosporidium or Cyclospora. In this study, Toxoplasma gondii oocysts were used as experimental materials and mice were inoculated orally with ~ (137) Cs. Mice that died after infection detected trophozoites and cysts in lung print and brain tissue. Two months after the survival of mice, orbital blood, with improved agglutination test antibodies in their serum, check the cysts after sacrifice cysts. The experiment was divided into 3 groups.
