目的 :为单侧唇裂鼻畸形婴儿期一次整复提供解剖学基础。方法 :对 0~ 3岁正常儿童和唇裂患者的头部标本做显微解剖及铸形和透明标本。结果 :正常儿童上唇部动脉主要来源于上唇动脉 ,大多左右侧上唇动脉吻合成动脉弓 ,上唇动脉有分支分布于鼻端 ,分布于外鼻的动脉主要有鼻背动脉、鼻外侧动脉、鼻翼动脉和鼻翼下缘动脉 ,且形成非常丰富的吻合。单侧完全唇裂患者的上唇动脉沿唇红缘和裂缘走行 ,终止于鼻翼基部 (患侧 )和鼻小柱基部 (健侧 ) ,外鼻的动脉来源及分布与正常儿童相同。结论 :本文结果对成功地施行婴儿单侧唇裂鼻畸形一次整复的手术是很重要的
Objective: To provide an anatomical basis for primary unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity in infancy. Methods: The head specimens of normal children aged 0-3 years and patients with cleft lip were dissected and cast and translucent. Results: The upper lip arteries of normal children mainly come from the upper lip arteries. Most of the left and right upper lip arteries are anastomosed into the arterial arch. The upper lip arteries are distributed in the nose. The arteries distributed in the outer nose mainly include the dorsal nasal artery, lateral nasal artery, And lower limb artery, and the formation of a very rich anastomosis. The upper lip of the unilateral complete cleft lip moves along the rim of the lip and the margin of the lip, ending at the base of the alar wing (ipsilateral) and the base of the columella (contralateral). The origin and distribution of the arteries in the nasal passages are the same as in normal children. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this article are important for successful surgeries of a single episode of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity in infants
