2—(5—溴—吡啶偶氮)—5—二乙氨基苯酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)已成功地用作分光光度法测定钒的灵敏试剂。 文献[3]报告在过氧化氢存在下,用一氯醋酸控制酸度(pH1.5~2.0),钒与5-Br-PADAP生成1∶1的络合物进行比色测定,但我们在实验中发现在该体系中络合物不太稳定,故改用磷酸-磷酸氢二钠缓冲液控制溶液酸度(pH2.0~2.25)显色测定,效果良好;并进一步证实此有色络合物为V、5-Br-PADAP、H_2O_2三元络合,其络合比为1∶1∶1。对其他条件也做了些试验,并拟定了一个简便的分析流程。测定下限为10ppm。适用于五氧化二钒含量,在0.00X%以上的矿样。
2- (5-Bromo-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (referred to as 5-Br-PADAP) has been successfully used as a sensitive reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of vanadium. Literature [3] reported that in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, the acidity (pH 1.5-2.0) was controlled with monochloroacetic acid and the colorimetric determination of vanadium with 5-Br-PADAP to form a 1: 1 complex. However, In the system found in the complex is not stable, so the use of phosphoric acid - disodium hydrogen phosphate buffer solution control acidity (pH2.0 ~ 2.25) color determination, the effect is good; and further confirmed that the colored complex as V, 5-Br-PADAP, H_2O_2 ternary complex, the complex ratio of 1: 1: 1. Some tests have been done on the other conditions and a simple analytical procedure has been drawn up. The lower limit of determination is 10 ppm. Suitable for vanadium pentoxide content, above 0.00X% ore samples.
