我厂是机械电子部定点生产变容二极管的专业厂。现有职工858人,其中工程技术人员178人,工艺人员约占50％,拥有设备323台套。我厂生产的变容二极管有30个品种,年产近3000万支,是国内独家生产厂,产品质重与日本松下产品同等水平。 1987年,机械委在南京召开了第四次工艺工作会议,电子部随即转发了会议的有关指导性文件及有关领导的讲话。这次会议明确提出要开展以“加强工艺管理,严格工艺纪律和提高工艺水平”为主要内容的工艺工作。结合我厂具体情况,我们感到

Volatile diodes produced by our factory have 30 varieties with an annual output of nearly 30 million pieces.
