Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) is a worldwide distribution of sucking and sucking insects. Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) has been widely spread in more than 10 provinces since its first discovery in 2003 in Kunming poinsettia There is a gradual replacement of B. tabaci. However, as a coastal province earlier opened to the outside world, there have been no reports of the spread of Q-biotype Bemisia tabaci in the field in Guangdong. In this paper, the molecular markers of Bemisia tabaci-Bemisia tabaci collected on the host of Fusong in Chang-Chang Park in Guangzhou were identified by conventional PCR, primers specific to B / Q Bemisia tabaci Gennadius and DNA sequencing. Q type population phylogenetic relationships were studied. The results showed that the population of Bemisia tabaci collected on the host plant of Fusong in Guangzhang Park in Guangzhou was Q-biotype Bemisia tabaci. In the 660 bp mtCOI sequence, the Q-biotype Bemisia tabaci met Q type tobacco powder from Jiangsu, Yunnan and Zhejiang provinces The phylogenetic relationship indicated that the Q-biotype Bemisia tabaci and the Q-biotype Bemisia tabaci in Jiangsu and Yunnan provinces were closest to each other. The initial origin of the population should be the Mediterranean West Bank. Bemisia tabaci Q is considered more resistant and disseminated to plant viruses than B. tabaci B, and the first finding of Q-biotype Bemisia tabaci in Guangdong indicates that this Bemisia tabaci population has been colonized in the wild in Guangdong , Its diffusion dynamics, the host range and the degree of harm need to be monitored in real time.
