研究了小型猪颅内基底动脉及脉络丛、脑膜和脑内毛细血管的超微结构。结果表明:基底动脉的超微结构与一般肌性动脉相似,差别在于中膜平滑肌纤维之间的间质较少,外膜含有外膜神经束。脉络丛内的毛细血管为有孔毛细血管,脉络丛上皮的形态与肾近曲小管上皮相似。脑膜和脑内的毛细血管为无孔毛细血管,平均胞质厚约0.3─0.4um。脑内毛细血管小可见到厚薄不等的内皮细胞。周细胞突包裹无孔毛细血管的大部分内皮。本观察所得结果可做为研究脑血管疾病机理的猪实验模型提供形态学资料。
The ultrastructure of capillaries in the intracranial basilar artery, choroid plexus, brain membrane and brain in miniature pigs was studied. The results showed that the ultrastructure of the basilar artery was similar to that of the normal muscular arteries, with the difference being that there was less interstitial between the smooth muscle fibers of the tunica media and the adventitia containing the outer fascia. Choroid plexus capillaries for the porous capillaries, choroid plexus epithelial morphology and renal proximal tubule similar. Meningioma and capillaries of non-porous capillaries, the average cytoplasmic thickness of about 0.3 ─ 0.4um. Small capillaries can see the endothelial cells of varying thickness. Pericytes project most of the nonporous capillaries. The results of this observation can be used as morphological data for the experimental model of pigs studying the mechanism of cerebrovascular disease.
