目的探讨玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术应用于不伴有视网膜脱离外伤性感染性眼内炎患者的护理要点。方法回顾性分析和总结30例玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术应用于不伴有视网膜脱离外伤性感染性眼内炎患者围手术期的护理经过。结果术后随访3～12个月,30只眼感染全部控制,术后视力较术前视力有明显的提高。结论做好患者的入院评估,心理护理,术后病情观察,体位护理和出院指导对巩固手术疗效,促进病人康复起到至关重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the main points of care in patients with traumatic endophthalmitis without retinal detachment combined with vitrectomy and silicone oil filling. Methods Retrospective analysis and summary of 30 cases of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling surgery without retinal detachment traumatic endophthalmitis perioperative nursing. Results The patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months and 30 eyes were all infected. The postoperative visual acuity was significantly higher than that before operation. Conclusions It is very important to evaluate the patients’ admission, psychological nursing, postoperative observation, postural care and discharge guidance to consolidate the curative effect and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
