The developed countries use these measures to curb the development and competition of developing countries. In recent years, the situation of patent barriers set by foreign countries in the export of technologies has been quite serious. This article takes DVD patent pool dispute case as an entry point and discusses how to deal with the patent barriers in technology export. It not only needs the self-help of enterprises but also requires the government and corresponding organizations to crack it with force.
