为了测定润神口服液对小鼠体力的影响,我们用低水温(9-13℃)游泳试验对它们进行了实验观察。结果显示注射润神口服液1号的雌鼠体力增强(P<0.05)。注射润神口服液2号的雌、雄鼠体力均明显增强(P值分别<0.05和0.01)。实验观察还显示小鼠体力增强与进食量无关,与饮水量增加及全身机能改善可能有关。
In order to determine the effect of Runshen oral liquid on the physical strength of mice, we observed them with a low water temperature (9-13°C) swimming test. The results showed that the physical strength of female mice injected with Runshen Oral Liquid No. 1 was enhanced (P<0.05). The physical strength of female and male mice injected with Run Shen Oral Liquid No. 2 was significantly increased (P values were <0.05 and 0.01, respectively). Experimental observations also showed that the increase in physical strength of mice was not related to food intake, and may be related to increased water intake and improved body function.
