本研究采用了铸锭一次镦拔、两次镦拔和直接拔长三种不同开坯锻造工艺,研制了Ф400mmTA15钛合金大规格棒材,通过对棒材组织均匀性和力学性能对比,表明采用铸锭两次镦拔开坯,增加β相区变形量,有利于细化晶粒,改善棒材不同部位的组织均匀性。
In this study, three kinds of different billet forging processes, one upsetting, two upsetting and direct drawing, were adopted. The large-size Ф400mmTA15 titanium alloy bar was developed. Comparing the homogeneity and mechanical properties of the bar, Upsetting ingot ingot casting billet twice, increasing the amount of β-phase deformation, is conducive to grain refinement, improve the uniformity of the different parts of the bar.
