谈到国企的契约精神,第一个想起的往往是企业在市场经济中的活动关系。其实,国企与职工交往时,相互之间也应该拥有平等、协商的契约精神。有了契约,劳动关系双方才能明确各自的权利义务,规范约束各自行为,实现劳动过程的有序管理和协调发展。如果契约关系未固,则企业发展不稳;契约精神不彰,则职工权益受损。
When it comes to the contractual spirit of state-owned enterprises, the first thing that comes to mind is often the activity relationship of enterprises in the market economy. In fact, state-owned enterprises and workers should have equal and consultative spirit of contract with each other. With the contract, both parties of labor relations can clarify their respective rights and obligations, standardize and regulate their own behaviors, and realize the orderly management and coordinated development of the labor process. If the contractual relationship is not solid, the business development is not stable; contract spirit is not good, then the rights and interests of workers are damaged.
