我厂长期生产水泵总成,其中有一泵轴在C616车床上车外圆。过去是用三爪自定心卡盘夹紧泵轴一端,另一端用活顶尖顶紧中心孔,操作效率低。我们改进了原装夹方法,制成如图1所示零件,用卡盘夹紧φ21mm的外圆,将水泵轴未倒角一端放进夹具的18°~22°的锥面内,如图2所示,另一端用活顶尖顶紧中心孔,然后进行车削。这样,上下工件不用停车,提高了生产效率。图1中φ18.5mm是根据水泵轴的尺寸定的,水泵轴直径为19mm。
