人事档案作为国企考察、选拔人才及处理与人有关的具体事务的重要依据,其审核整理是确保档案真实与完整的关键。目前我国国企人事档案审核整理工作还存在诸多问题,本文根据笔者从事某国企人事档案审核整理工作的实践,探讨我国国企人事档案审核整理工作的问题与解决对策。 Personnel files as state-owned enterprises inspection, selection of personnel and dealing with specific matters related to people’s important basis, the audit is to ensure that the file is true and complete key. At present, there are still many problems in the review and arrangement of personnel files of state-owned enterprises in our country. Based on the author’s practice of archiving and reviewing the personnel files of a state-owned enterprise, this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of the examination and arrangement of personnel files in state-owned enterprises.
