第四届全国信号处理学术会议于92年4月21日～24日在成都电子宾馆召开。来自全国18个省市81个单位约200名教授、专家、学者、研究生代表出席了这次学术会议。开幕式上,四川省电子工业厅曾副厅长到会并讲话,省科协、省科委也都有代表到会祝贺,电子科技大学副校长出席了开幕式。会上中科院秘书长侯自强教授、北方交通大学袁保宗教授、中科院声学所李昌立研究员做了专题学术报告,到会者都感到获益匪浅。
The Fourth National Conference on Signal Processing was held on April 21 ~ 24, 1992 in Chengdu Electronic Hotel. About 200 professors, experts, scholars and graduate students from 81 units in 18 provinces and cities nationwide attended the symposium. At the opening ceremony, deputy director of Sichuan Provincial Department of Electronics Industry attended the meeting and made a speech. Provincial Association for Science and Technology and Provincial Science and Technology Commission also attended the opening ceremony. Vice-principals of UESTC attended the opening ceremony. Professor Hou Ziqiang, secretary general of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Yuan Baochen of Northern Jiaotong University and researcher Li Changli of Chinese Academy of Acoustics conducted a special academic report, benefiting a lot from the participants.
