目的了解辽宁省铁岭市水产品中食源性致病菌的污染状况,有效预防控制食源性疾病的发生。方法应用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)对2012年第一季度食源性致病菌常规监测采集到的6份水产品进行检测,对阳性PCR产物进行基因测序。结果 6份水产品中,有1份检测出诺如病毒RNA阳性。测序结果分析显示,该阳性标本的诺如病毒VP1全基因序列测定和分析显示为GⅡ-4型诺如病毒。结论铁岭市首次在食源性致病菌日常监测中检测出诺如病毒GⅡ-4型。因此应加大对生食水产品的监督检查力度,避免因诺如病毒引起的病毒性胃肠炎暴发。
Objective To understand the contamination of food-borne pathogens in aquatic products in Tieling City, Liaoning Province, and to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of food-borne diseases. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect six aquatic products collected from the routine monitoring of food-borne pathogens in the first quarter of 2012, and the positive PCR products were sequenced. Results One out of six aquatic products detected norovirus RNA positive. Analysis of sequencing results showed that the positive specimen of norovirus VP1 whole genome sequence analysis and analysis showed that the GⅡ-4 norovirus. Conclusion Tieling City for the first time in the routine monitoring of foodborne pathogens detected norovirus G Ⅱ-4 type. Therefore, supervision and inspection of raw aquatic products should be stepped up to avoid the outbreak of viral gastroenteritis caused by Inova virus.
