用离子交换法在交换柱内,以氨基烷基磷酸基螯合性阳离子交换树脂为吸附交换剂能有效地将230g/L左右的高硫酸酸度铜电解液中的锑和铋吸附净化掉。再以盐酸作为解析剂,将吸附到树脂上的铋、锑全部解析下来,螯合性树脂可返回使用。交换工艺流程短、设备简单、操作方便、净化效率高、费用低,不改变电解液的组分比,是比较理想的净化铜电解液的工艺流程。
