1临床资料患者女,55岁。右侧腹部及腰部线状条索状斑块10年,加重2年。24年前被确诊为系统性红斑狼疮。10年前,患者右腹部出现钱币大青灰色斑,后逐渐增大和变硬,并融合成斑块;2年前,上述皮损蔓延至右侧腰部,形成凹陷性条索样斑块,伴轻度压痛,未予诊治。家族中无类似疾病史和遗传病史。体检:一般情况良好,系统检查未见异常。皮肤科情况:右侧腹部及腰部见线状条索样浸润性暗红色斑块,约28.0cm×8.0cm大小,表面萎缩凹陷,间有色素脱失和色素沉着,质硬,活动度差,
1 Clinical data Female patient, 55 years old. The right abdomen and lumbar cord-like plaque for 10 years, increased 2 years. 24 years ago was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus. Dermatology: see the right abdomen and waist line like cord-like invasive dark red plaque, about the size of 28.0cm × 8.0cm, surface shrinkage depression, between the loss of pigmentation and pigmentation, hard, poor mobility,
