目的 建立脑梗死溶栓动物模型,并探讨溶栓药物对溶栓动物模型的影响及临床意义。方法 采用兔自体动脉血栓,在数字减影动脉造影术(DSA)下栓塞兔大脑中动脉,造成局灶性脑梗死。经氯化-2,3,5,-三苯基四氯唑染色,作光镜病理形态学观察。结果 给予尿激酶后在DSA血管造影下观察到血管再通,证实该梗死模型能较好地反映脑缺血的病理发展过程。结论 提示该梗死模型可作为溶栓动物模型。此模型的建立为临床筛选各种溶栓药物奠定了动物实验学基础。
Objective To establish a cerebral infarction thrombolytic animal model and investigate the influence of thrombolytic drugs on thrombolytic animal model and its clinical significance. Methods Rabbit autologous arterial thrombosis was used to embolize the middle cerebral artery of rabbit under digital subtraction arterial angiography (DSA), resulting in focal cerebral infarction. By chlorination - 2,3,5 - triphenyltetrazolium staining for pathological morphological observation. Results After urokinase administration, vascular recanalization was observed under DSA angiography, demonstrating that the infarction model can better reflect the pathological development of cerebral ischemia. Conclusions suggest that the infarction model can be used as a thrombolytic animal model. The establishment of this model for the clinical screening of a variety of thrombolytic drugs laid the foundation for animal experiments.
