一、引言随着科学技术的迅猛发展,低温技术的应用也得到不断的开拓。无论是材料的测试还是超导的研究,都必不可少地要利用到低温技术,而低温技术的主要设备又是制冷机。本文简要地介绍了昆明物理研究所从美国Koch公司引进的1410型氦液化器。此液化器能生产出4.2K的液氦,这为材料的测量、制备提供了有利的条件;另一方面,在超导技术发展的过程中,液氦也是必不可少的。
I. INTRODUCTION With the rapid development of science and technology, the application of cryogenic technology has also been constantly opened up. Whether material testing or superconducting research, it is indispensable to use low temperature technology, and low temperature technology is the main equipment is a refrigerator. This article briefly introduces the 1410 helium liquefier introduced by Kunming Institute of Physics from Koch, USA. This liquefier can produce 4.2K liquid helium, which provides favorable conditions for the measurement and preparation of materials. On the other hand, liquid helium is also indispensable in the development of superconducting technology.
