近年来,广西各县经济保持较快的发展速度,财政收入增长较快,但是增长质量不够、后劲不足问题日益显现。本文认为,广西各县经济发展正面临着各种政策叠加的良好机遇,要通过“做优农业,完善财政收入基础;做强工业,不断夯实财政收入增长基础;做活第三产业,拓宽财政收入来源渠道”的方式,全力促进县域经济科学发展,确保财政收入可持续增长。
In recent years, Guangxi counties maintained a relatively fast pace of economic growth with rapid growth of fiscal revenue, but the quality of growth was not enough, and the problem of insufficient stamina became increasingly apparent. This paper argues that Guangxi’s economic development in the counties is facing a good opportunity for the superposition of various policies. It is necessary to improve the basis for fiscal revenue through “better agriculture”, strengthen the industries and constantly consolidate the basis for fiscal revenue growth. Sources of revenue "approach, to promote county economic scientific development, to ensure that the financial revenue sustainable growth.
