本文对近年来新核苷类药物治疗乙肝的研究现状进行综述,主要介绍在我国即将上市的阿德福韦、恩替卡韦抗乙肝病毒效果和临床安全性的研究概况,以及依曲西他平、替诺福韦等新开发药物的研究现状。旨在使临床医生对新核苷类药物治疗乙肝的合理性和安全性有更深刻的了解。 This review summarizes the current research status of new nucleoside drugs in the treatment of hepatitis B in recent years.
