以2年生金琥为试材,去掉老根后进行不同温度下的水诱处理,以探究温度对水诱金琥生根的影响;水培生根后,添加活性炭和硫酸铜,研究2种方法对金琥水培过程中绿藻的控制效果。结果表明:在20℃/13℃、25℃/15℃、30℃/16℃、35℃/18℃处理下,随着温度的升高,金琥的生根时间越早,生根速度越快,根长越长;水诱金琥生根在35℃/18℃处理下,生根时间最早,根生长速度最快且最长;但在40℃/20℃和45℃/23℃处理下金琥的生根能力不及35℃/18℃,随温度升高金琥生根能力越来越差;3g/300mL的活性炭处理,既不影响金琥正常生根、生长,又有较好的防除绿藻效果。
Two-year-old golden honeysuckle was taken as experimental material. After removing the old roots, the water-induced treatment under different temperatures was conducted to investigate the effect of temperature on the rooting of the golden honeysuckle. The results showed that under the conditions of 20 ℃ / 13 ℃, 25 ℃ / 15 ℃, 30 ℃ / 16 ℃, 35 ℃ / 18 ℃, the rooting time was earlier and the rooting rate was faster with the increase of temperature. The longer the root length, the longer the root growth rate and the longest rooting time under the condition of 35 ℃ / 18 ℃, but the root growth rate was the fastest and the longest. However, under the conditions of 40 ℃ / 20 ℃ and 45 ℃ / 23 ℃, The ability of rooting was less than 35 ℃ / 18 ℃. With the increase of temperature, the ability of root formation became worse and worse. The treatment of 3g / 300mL activated carbon did not affect the normal rooting and growth of the golden honeysuckle, but also had a good effect of controlling the green algae.
