当前,秦港股份面临着复杂的内外部环境,必须把做好风险管理工作摆在促进企业持续健康发展的突出位置防范市场风险,减少和避免经济损失,是衡量企业核心竞争力的重要因素。秦港股份经过近几年的发展,在制度上逐步完善和强化,形成了适应现代企业发展的制度网络体系。但是面对当前复杂多变的经济形势和激烈的竞争环境,需要在制度建设上进一步梳理完善、改革创新,应对各种突发风险冲击带来的挑战,构筑起适应企业转型发展的全面风险管理体系。
