目的探讨心肌酶检测在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的诊断价值。方法利用全自动生化仪测定25例HIE患儿和20例正常新生儿血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)。结果HIE患儿心肌酶较正常新生儿显著升高,差异有显著性(p<0.01)。治疗前后心肌酶改变差异有显著性。结论HIE患儿心肌酶显著升高,是HIE临床重要指标之一。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of myocardial enzyme test in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods The levels of AST, LDH, α-HBDH, creatine kinase (CK-κB) in 25 neonates with HIE and 20 normal neonates were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer. (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB). Results Myocardial enzymes in HIE children were significantly higher than those in normal newborns, the difference was significant (p <0.01). Changes in myocardial enzymes before and after treatment were significantly different. Conclusions Myocardial enzymes in children with HIE are significantly increased, which is one of the important clinical indicators of HIE.
