饲料粉碎机把植物的茎秆、叶、藤、果实打击成粉的机械叫饲料粉碎机。类型我国目前生产的饲料粉碎机有锤片式、爪式、锤式三大类型。各类饲料粉碎机都是由粉碎部分(转子)、筛子、机壳等构成,有的还带有风机、集粉器等装置。锤片式饲料粉碎机(图9) 它的粉碎部分是一个转动盘,上面固定有一定数量的锤片,锤片按螺旋线排列。进入粉碎室的物料,受到高速旋转锤片的打击,成为一定细度的粉,从筛孔排出机外,这种粉碎机比较坚固,喂入方便,适于加工粗饲料,也能加工玉米等精饲料,是农村中较受欢迎的机型。
