文章针对液压挖掘机回转液压系统,应用二次调节技术,以实现转台制动能量的回收和再利用。在此基础上对节能方法的能量回收机理进行了分析,并通过AMESim进行了仿真试验,试验结果表明该节能方法节能效果较为明显,液压挖掘机能耗得到了降低。
The paper applies the secondary adjustment technology to hydraulic system of hydraulic excavator to realize the recovery and reuse of the braking energy of the turntable. On this basis, the energy recovery mechanism of energy saving method was analyzed and simulated by AMESim. The experimental results show that the energy saving effect of the energy saving method is obvious and the energy consumption of the hydraulic excavator is reduced.
