本文建立了6种低级醇(甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇和异戊醇)在人血清中的气相色谱分离分析方法。血清直接进样,外标法定量,在0.2~8.5mg/ml血清浓度范围6种醇线性关系良好(r=0.999),血清中6种醇的回收率分别为(96.63±2.92)%、(102.5±3.70)%、(97.75±3.94)%、(99.30±4.29)%、(98.13±3.68)%、(97.92±2.26)%。方法精密度好,6种醇的日间RSD、日内RSD均小于6%,本法简单快速,结果准确,适用于临床醇中毒及工业生产配制作业人员体内醇浓度的监测研究。
In this paper, gas chromatography separation and analysis methods of six kinds of lower alcohols (methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol and isoamyl alcohol) in human serum were established. Serum samples were directly injected and quantified by external standard method. The linearity of 6 kinds of alcohols was good (r = 0.999) in the serum concentration range of 0.2 ~ 8.5mg / ml, and the recoveries of 6 kinds of alcohols in serum were 96% 63 ± 2.92%, 102.5 ± 3.70%, 97.75 ± 3.94%, 99.30 ± 4.29%, 98.13 ± 3.68, %, (97.92 ± 2.26)%. The precision of the method was good. The day RSD and intraday RSD of 6 kinds of alcohol were both less than 6%. This method was simple and rapid with accurate results and was suitable for the monitoring of alcohol concentration in clinical alcohol poisoning and industrial preparation workers.
