一、海洋生态自然保护区建设的意义生物资源是人类生存和未来发展的不可复得的宝贵资源基础。近几十年来,人类对生物资源的需求愈来愈多,但由于盲目地开发,世界各地环境的恶化使大量物种陷入濒危乃至灭绝的境地。物种正以前所未有的速度从地球上消失。环境和资源问题伴随着人类的发展而产生,也需要通过人类的自我控制来解决。当前,一个以保护生物多样性为中心的全球生态环境保护工作已成为国际环境问题的热点。
I. Significance of the Construction of Marine Ecological Nature Reserves Biological resources are the irreplaceable and valuable resource base of human existence and future development. In recent decades, there has been an increasing demand for biological resources from mankind, but due to the blind development, the deterioration of the environment around the world has left a large number of species in danger or even extinction. Species are disappearing from the earth at an unprecedented rate. The problems of environment and resources arise along with the development of mankind and also need to be solved through human self-control. At present, a global eco-environmental protection centering on the conservation of biodiversity has become a hot spot on international environmental issues.
