缺血/再灌注损伤在中枢神经系统常见,脑或脊髓缺血/再灌注损伤均可造成严重的神经功能损伤。已知哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(m TOR)相关信号通路参与脑或脊髓的缺血/再灌注损伤,但具体作用尚存争议,文中就m TOR通路和中枢神经系统缺血/再灌注损伤的相关研究作综述。
Ischemia / reperfusion injury is common in the central nervous system and can cause severe neurological damage as a result of cerebral or spinal cord ischemia / reperfusion injury. Known mammalian rapamycin target protein (mTOR) -related signaling pathways are involved in ischemia / reperfusion injury of the brain or spinal cord, but the exact role remains controversial.
