湖南省联社连续三年每年拿出100名公招计划定向招聘大学生村官,有针对性地进行人才培养,多名村官已走上基层信用社管理岗位选聘高校毕业生到村任职,是党中央做出的一项重大战略决策。促进期满大学生村官有序流动,既是企业响应中央、省委号召,积极履行社会责任的分内之责,也是企业应对市场竞争、培养人才的内在需要。2012年以来,湖南省联社连续三年每年拿出100名公招计划定向招聘大学生村官,为全省农信系统储备培养了一大批优秀人才。
