以１９９５年太原市“干部科技素养”问卷调查为依据，在进行相关数据处理后，就干部科技素养状况试作简单评论并与国内、外公众科学素养进行对比。旨在为培养、造就高素质干部队伍提供参考。
Based on the questionnaire survey of “cadre science and technology literacy” in Taiyuan City in 1995, after making relevant data processing, make a simple comment on the state of science and technology literacy of cadres and compare them with the scientific literacy of domestic and foreign public. The purpose is to provide a reference for training and creating a contingent of highly qualified cadres.
