目的观察与探究人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用效果。方法随机选取2016年1月~2017年1月在我院从事内科护理工作的护理人员100例,将其分为对照组和实验组,各50例。同时随机选取我院进行治疗的内科患者100例,将其平均分入上述的对照组和实验组。对照组的护理人员采取一般护理模式,实验组的护理人员在一般护理的基础上采用人性化管理模式。观察两组患者的护理满意度、患者病症恢复效果,并根据数据做统计学分析。结果与对照组相比,实验组护理人员的护理满意度明显较高,患者病症恢复效果更显著。对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过采取人性化管理模式能够显著提高护理满意度,加强患者病症恢复效果。因此,在护理管理实践中应大力推广与应用人性化管理模式。
Objective To observe and explore the effect of humanized management mode in nursing management. Methods 100 cases of nursing staff engaged in internal medicine nursing work in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases each. At the same time, we randomly selected 100 cases of medical patients who were treated in our hospital and divided them equally into the above control group and experimental group. The nursing staff in the control group adopted the general nursing model, and the nursing staff in the experimental group adopted the humane management mode on the basis of general nursing. The two groups of patients were observed satisfaction with nursing, patient recovery effect, and based on the data do statistical analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the nursing staff in the experimental group was significantly higher, and the recovery effect of the patient’s illness was more significant. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Through taking the humane management mode, it can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction and strengthen the recovery effect of the patients’ illness. Therefore, in the practice of nursing management, we should vigorously promote and apply the humane management mode.
