对某蓄热式轧钢加热炉在连续生产的情况下进行热工测试。测试结果表明:燃料为低热值高炉煤气;钢坯入炉温度为552℃,烟气排烟温度为263℃;热效率为60.80%,生产能耗为0.81 GJ/t。测试结果显示出:蓄热式燃烧技术将高温烟气的大量显热回收,降低了排烟温度和热损失;热装热送技术提高了有效热收入,减少了连铸坯余热浪费。两种技术不仅合理有效地避免了热量浪费,而且在提高热效率和降低炉子能耗上都有贡献。
On a regenerative rolling furnace in the case of continuous production of thermal testing. The test results show that the fuel is low calorific value blast furnace gas; the billet temperature is 552 ℃, the flue gas temperature is 263 ℃; the thermal efficiency is 60.80% and the energy consumption is 0.81 GJ / t. The test results show that: regenerative combustion technology will be a lot of high-temperature flue gas sensible recovery, reducing the exhaust gas temperature and heat loss; hot charging technology to improve the effective heat income, reducing the slab waste heat waste. Both technologies not only help to avoid the waste of heat reasonably and effectively, but also contribute to improving the thermal efficiency and reducing the furnace energy consumption.
