1,25一二羟基维生素D3(1)和全反式维甲酸(2)广泛用作内生性HL-60细胞分化刺激剂。魁蒿内酯(yomogin)是从魁蒿Artemisiaprincep中分得的桉叶烷型倍半萜内酯,具抗炎活性。作者研究了该成分与化合物1和2合用协同诱导HL-60细胞增殖和分化的作用及机理。
1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1) and all-trans retinoic acid (2) are widely used as endogenous HL-60 cell differentiation stimulants. Yomogin is a eucalyptus sesquiterpene lactone obtained from Artemisia princep and has anti-inflammatory activity. The authors studied the effect and mechanism of the combination of Compound 1 and Compound 2 on the proliferation and differentiation of HL-60 cells.
