作者采用运动试验后二维超声心动图(二维)观察室壁活动并结合核素(RNV)和冠状动脉造影,以期评价运动二维诊断冠心病(CAD)的价值。方法:73例疑似CAD(男63例,女10例。年龄28~75岁)和4例正常志愿者。除外不稳定性心绞痛,近期心肌梗塞和瓣膜性疾病。25例研究时仍服用心得安及5例服用地高辛。活动平板以最大症状限制为终点。运动前均做二维,运动后60秒内重复记录并持续6分钟。室隔,侧壁,前壁和下后壁分为基部,中部及末端三等份。壁运
The authors used two-dimensional echocardiography (two-dimensional) after exercise test to observe the wall activity combined with radionuclide (RNV) and coronary angiography in order to evaluate the value of exercise two-dimensional diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CAD). Methods: 73 cases of suspected CAD (63 males and 10 females aged 28-75 years) and 4 normal volunteers. Excluding unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction and valvular disease. 25 patients were still taking propranolol and 5 taking digoxin. The activity plate ends with the maximum symptom limit. Exercise before doing two-dimensional, 60 seconds after exercise repeated records and lasted 6 minutes. Septal, lateral, anterior and posterior wall is divided into the base, the middle and the end of three equal parts. Wall transport
