用轧制———再结晶方法制备立方织构镍片 .研究了不同的轧制工艺对立方织构形成的影响 ,用极图和三维取向分布函数 (ODF)对织构进行了测量 .分析表明对纯镍 ,在大变形量下 ,轧制过程中取向空间的 β线是最终稳定线 .最终轧制织构中主要织构分量为C{ 112 } <111>、S{ 12 3} <6 34>、B{ 110 } <112 >,并分析了这三种织构对再结晶立方织构的影响 .再结晶织构主要为立方织构 { 10 0 } <0 0 1>和少量R织构 { 12 4}<2 11>,研究了再结晶工艺对立方织构的影响 .
The effects of different rolling processes on the cubic texture were studied, and the texture was measured by pole figure and three-dimensional orientation distribution function (ODF). The results show that for pure nickel, the β line of the orientation space during the rolling process is the final stable line under large deformation.The main texture components in the final rolling texture are C {112} <111>, S {123} < 6 34> and B {110} <112>, and the effects of these three kinds of textures on the recrystallized cubic texture were analyzed.The recrystallized textures mainly consisted of cubic texture {10 0} <0 0 1> and a small amount of R Texture {12 4} <2 11>, the influence of recrystallization process on cubic texture was studied.
