目的:探讨神经传导速度对早期糖尿病周围神经病的诊断价值。方法:应用肌电诱发电位仪检测100例无神经系统症状糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和50例健康成人(对照组)正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经、腓浅神经的神经传导速度。结果:糖尿病组神经传导速度低于对照组(P<0.05),神经传导速度异常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:神经传导速度检查可作为糖尿病早期周围神经病的检测手段之一。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of nerve conduction velocity in early diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: The nerve conduction velocity of median nerve, ulnar nerve, common peroneal nerve and peroneal nerve in 100 cases of diabetic patients without diabetes mellitus (DM group) and 50 healthy adults (control group) were detected by EMG. Results: The nerve conduction velocity in diabetic group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The abnormal rate of nerve conduction velocity was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nerve conduction velocity test can be used as one of the means to detect peripheral neuropathy in early stage of diabetes mellitus.
