根据盐穴储气库注采运行特性,将储气库多腔注采运行考虑为一个系统,在满足城市调峰需求、溶腔注采井筒不被天然气冲蚀和溶腔最低运行压力3种约束限定条件下,以腔群总压降最小为优化目标,提出了盐穴储气库腔群配产模型,基于有约束条件的复形调优法对模型进行了求解,确定出库内各单腔的最佳采出量.模拟结果表明优化配产后各溶腔压降明显低于均产,优化配产后溶腔总压降低于等量配产0.717 MPa.对于大容积采气能力高的溶腔,可实现大流量的采气,研究成果可应用于盐穴储气库注采运行方案的确定及多腔优化生产调度.
According to the operation characteristics of injection and production of salt cavern gas storage, the multi-cavity injection and gas recovery operation of the gas storage tank is considered as a system. In order to meet the peak demand of the city, the wellbore of cavern injection and production is not affected by natural gas erosion and minimum operating pressure of the cavern Under the condition of constraint constraint, the cavity pressure drop is the minimum objective of optimization, and the model of cavities distribution with salt cavern gas storage is proposed. Based on the complex shape tuning method with constraints, the model is solved, The results show that the pressure drop of each cavity is obviously lower than that of the average one after optimization of the distribution, and the total pressure drop of the cavity after the optimal distribution is lower than the same amount with 0.717 MPa. The results show that the method can be applied to the determination of injection and production operation of salt cavern gas storage and the optimization of multi-cavity production scheduling.
