目的对大连市汽车配件制造企业某毒物超标岗位的通风排毒设施进行改造,分析改造后的通风及排毒效果。方法采用现场职业卫生调查,测量该毒物超标岗位在通风排毒措施改造后甲苯和二甲苯的浓度水平及通风情况。结果采用通风排毒措施后,该岗位甲苯的短时间接触浓度由342.4~346.2mg/m3降至<0.4~17.8mg/m3,时间加权平均浓度由129.1mg/m3降至<0.4~6.6mg/m3;二甲苯的短时间接触浓度由115.2~127.0mg/m3降至<0.5mg/m3,时间加权平均浓度由37.8mg/m3降至<0.5mg/m3,改造后的甲苯和二甲苯检测结果均符合职业接触限值要求。结论采取适宜的通风排毒措施,可以有效地降低该岗位甲苯和二甲苯的浓度水平。
Objective To reform the ventilation and detoxification facilities of some auto parts manufacturing enterprises in Dalian that have excessive pollutants and analyze the ventilation and detoxification effects after the renovation.
