鞍山静电技术研究设计院在实验室內,将1988年、1989年采集的刺槐、紫穗槐新、陈种子和1989年采集的沙棘种子,置于适宜的静电处理条件下,观察其种子萌发过程生理生化反应,结果表明,代表种子活力的主要生理生化指标:电导率、呼吸强度、脱氢酶活性、活力指数与对照相比,刺槐分别为97%,114%,168%,101%;紫穗槐分别为91%,109%,126%,116%,109%(ATP含量);沙棘电导率、活力指数分别为96%,124%,其适宜静电处理参数为-100×10,-100×5(kV/m·min),同时发现陈种子活力比新种子活力提高更加明显。为静电技术在林业生产中应用和开发利用陈种子提供了科学理论依据。
