转炉干法除尘系统在双渣法下的运行分析

干法除尘系统的关键是温度和泄爆的控制。通过双渣法实验,分析了脱磷期与脱碳期转炉烟气的生成变化趋势及干法除尘系统对高温烟气的冷却控制效果。结果表明蒸发冷却器控制好转炉烟气温度与湿度,以及静电除尘器运行平稳是干法系统的关键。实验为西昌钢钒公司将投入使用的干法除尘系统前期热负荷试车收集基础数据资料,同时有助于明确提钒和半钢冶炼下采用干法除尘系统处理转炉烟气时运行和维护的重点。 Dry dust removal system is the key to the control of temperature and venting. Through the double-slag test, the changing tendency of converter flue gas generation during dephosphorization and decarburization and the cooling control effect of high temperature flue gas by dry dust removal system were analyzed. The results show that the evaporative cooler to control the converter flue gas temperature and humidity, as well as the electrostatic precipitator operation is the key dry system. Experiments for the Xichang Steel and Vanadium company will put into use dry dust removal system pre-heat test run to collect the basic data, while helping to clarify the vanadium and semi-steel smelting using dry dust removal system to deal with the focus of operation and maintenance of converter flue gas .
