现有电厂国产中低压配电开关本体均具有“五防”闭锁功能,单个开关时能切实保障操作人员及设备的安全,但未考虑整个配电系统的整体安全防误。FORTRESS机械闭锁装置充分考虑了整个配电系统高低压侧之间,以及母线、负载和进线之间的安全闭锁,将电厂的整个配电系统作为一个整体来考虑相互之间的供电安全,从装置上整体提高了配电系统的安全性。文章通过介绍机械程序锁的配置和闭锁逻辑,说明该闭锁装置原理和方法值得在高压开关设备的五防改造和新建项目中借鉴。
